Prophessa has been into Drum & Bass from an early age. Before leaving school he was already submersed in the genre.

Turning 16 he started to work his way into raves and parties, wherever he could, just to experience the songs in the environment they were meant to be heard.

Once he had stepped through the doors of the legendary End nightclub in London, it changed his life for good.

Starting off as an avid party goer, Prophessa turned his photography hobby to good use and ended up taking photos for such artists and labels as Pendulum, Chase & Status and Metalheadz.

Soon, an urge to be the person controlling the Music at these parties grew stronger, and he took up DJ’ing, taught with the help of mates who were starting out too.

Within a year of buying decks, Prophessa was playing sets to sell out crowds of over 2000 people, with the likes of Sub Focus & Nero.

Not long after Prophessa started playing out, did he realize the importance of new and upcoming music. He got himself the tools to start making tracks, and put all of his spare time into production and teaching himself through trial and error.

With such broad musical taste, there really is no limit to different influences in his music. Listening to Hip-hop, House, Garage, Funk, Jazz and so many more.
